International Artist with Stonebridge Guitars, International
Originally from Massachusetts, Jeff Kelly made a slow migration to the Midwest, living in Rochester, New York for several years, before settling in Indianapolis, Indiana at the end of 2009. In the absence of family and people he knew, Kelly took up the guitar shortly thereafter, if only to keep him company. He's been writing and performing ever since. The songs are a true reflection of where he's been and where his heart continues to take him.
Jeff currently splits his time between his solo endeavors and a rotating cast of musicians known as the Graveyard Shift. The band's debut album, titled "Jeff Kelly and the Graveyard Shift" was released in April of 2018, with a follow up solo album "Worst Thing for You" released in early October 2019.
Kelly has shared the stage with such acts as Lera Lynn, Joe Pug, The Wild Reeds, Gaelic Storm, Red Wanting Blue, Christopher Paul Stelling, The Dupont Brothers, Reckless Kelly, and Matthew Mayfield,.
Jeff, often with the Graveyard Shift, has performed in several festivals, including Mile of Music in Appleton. Wisconsin, Virginia Avenue Music Festival in Fountain Square, the Indy Hostel Folk Festival, Rocky Ripple Festival, and a holiday favorite, the annual Irvington Halloween Festival.
""He's quickly become one of the best songwriters in our city, combining passionate vocals with throat-punching honesty in his lyrics. His live performances, whether solo or full band, are almost religious experiences conjuring spirits that will surely alter how people view our local music scene. I honestly believe his best music is yet to come." - skybluewindow.org

"When it comes to Jeff Kelly, it is best to think of already established Americana songwriters in the vein of Matthew Ryan, Dustin Kensrue, Joe Pug and Jason Isbell. Kelly came out firing on all cylinders tonight in the final performance spot. Coming after 3rd Eye Soul Band, one might have expected an energy letdown from a one-man acoustic act. That did not happen, as his was a performance easily described as fiery." - Nuvo
Album Review: "Jeff Kelly and the Graveyard Shift" by B-Sides & Badlands:
October 2015- Happy to Announce I'm part of the Stonebridge Family!
I implore you to look into Stonebridge Guitars and Furch Guitars UK before you choose between the standard Martin, Gibson, or Taylor brand. Don't get me wrong, I love the sound of a good Martin- but for a fraction of the price, Stonebridge Guitars offers handbuilt guitars with the quality tonewoods and construction that you would only see on higher-end models from the big three.
These things kill, and have virtually limitless options on body shapes, top woods, back & side woods, headstock options (slotted vs. traditional), bracing, and appointments. Between the more modern styling and sounds of the Millenium (20-series) line and the vintage sounds and appointments of the Vintage (30-series) line- Stonebridge literally has your dream guitar ready to go.
I currently play a Stonebridge OOM33LR (vintage series) with a custom deeper body and Alpine Spruce top. This is literally my dream guitar. I am proud and elated to be a part of the Stonebridge/Furch family.
